Terms of Service

1. The service

MotionFixer analyses uploaded video, detects frozen or duplicated frames and reconstructs the damaged region into a repaired master. Processing runs on a dedicated processing service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your credentials and for all activity in your workspace. Accounts are personal; do not share sign-in details.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the video you upload. You confirm you own the footage or have permission to process it, and that it does not break any law. We only process it to produce your repaired output.

4. Acceptable use

• No illegal, infringing or abusive material.
• No attempts to overload, reverse engineer or bypass the processing service.
• No automated bulk access without written permission.

5. Limits

Uploads are limited by duration, resolution and file size shown in the upload screen. Results depend on source quality; repair is provided without any warranty of a specific outcome.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost footage. Keep your own copy of every source file.

7. Termination

You can delete your projects at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
