What we collect

• Account data: email address and sign-in method.
• Uploaded video and the technical metadata read from it (duration, resolution, frame rate, codec).
• Job data: repair and export records, durations, frame counts and file sizes.
• Optional analytics on how the interface is used, only if you accept analytics cookies.

How we use it

Solely to run your repair jobs, show your projects, keep the service secure, and fix faults. We do not sell your data and we do not use your footage to train models.

Storage and access

Media lives in private storage. Access is granted only through short-lived signed links issued to you or to the processing service while a job is running. Database rules restrict every row to its owner.

Retention

Projects and media stay until you delete them or close your account. Deleting a project removes its source, repaired versions and exports.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and withdraw cookie consent at any time in Settings. Contact us through the address in your account to make a request.

Notifications

Browser notifications are off by default and only sent after you grant permission. You can revoke it in Settings or in your browser at any time.
